Income Tax Department — Previous Year ITR still under processing and no refund initiated yet even after 1 year

I had filed ITR of 2021-22 previous year in June. ITR is still under processing and still waiting for the expected refund to be issued by income tax.

I have filed many complaints to CPC and Income Tax department about the same but no action taken yet.

My PAN is DMNPS9117Q, and all complaints can be checked by the competent department for their satisfaction.
