Income Tax Department — Received 2 PAN numbers for name correction request | |||
I have requested surname change after my marriage, but i got the new PAN number with updated surname. I have not used new PAN anywhere. I went to the income tax department to cancel the new PAN card, and submitted the all required details. But still the new pancard is not cancelled. I have attached the documents which is given by income-tax department. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have attached the complaint document which i have submitted to the income-tax department. Gokak branch Karnataka. Kindly resolve the issue asap, because of this issue i am not able to withdraw my PF amount and i am unemployed from last 2 years.  | |||
