Income Tax Department — Record not found in ITD database

I made my instant pan card through efilling portal. Now I want a physical CARD but when I request for a reprint it shows "record not found in database"

PAN no. OOFPS8290D

Upon verification it shows my pan is active.
Please resolve this issue
