[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — record not found in nsdl online track status

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 27th December 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I have submitted my revised return on dated 13.09.2019 & showing refund Rs 13580.
But till date i don't get any refund, I have talked with them but result is nil.

I, kaushik paul director of acce global software private limited.
We have incorporated our company on 08.11.2019 but still now, do not receive the pan card, it is too much slow for deliver the pan card our such office address. C/o jamuna mitra, pratap garh, north dumdum, nimta, north 24 parganas, west bengal-700049

I am krishnamurthy I didn't get any proper information about deductions. Again and again I asked about deduction details they didn't give proper reply. Now they deducted too much amount. so I would to cancel my flexi loan.
