Ddo mistakenly did not deposited tds deducted from my salary against my pan no - aazpp9337q but deposited it in another pan no. Account
But now ddo rectified the mistake and deposited tds deducted in fy 2009-10. And same is reflected in 26 form.
In the meantime demand was raised on 22.4.2011 for rs 67930.00.
This demand was deducted from my refund of rs 125340/ for ay 2016-17.
I made application dated 4.10.2017, to assessing officer ward 3 income tax office panchkula (Pin 134109) for refund of full amount of tds for ay 2010-11, which is now refundable, but till date neither refund given nor any reply given.

But now DDO rectified the mistake and deposited TDS deducted in FY 2009-10.and same is reflected in 26 Form.
In the meantime demand was raised on 22.4.2011 for Rs 67930.00 .
This demand was deducted from my refund of Rs 125340/ for AY 2016-17.
