Income Tax Department — refund less paid for ay 2017-18 and secondly still pending for ay 2016-17

Respected sir,
I filed my two years pending returns on 09.01.2018.
They were for ay 2016-17 and 2017-18.
I received my 2017- 18 refund but less than what is online available.
Now if i again opt for revised one my accountant will charge me same which is not given to me or for which refund is filed.
For ay 2016-17 its still pending kindly clear at earliest.

I had applied for Pan card correction on 3 Oct 2017. Its more than 2.5 months and the status still says'Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department'. Please do something. Details: Acknowledgment Number:[protected]
