Dear sir,
Myself ramen dhara, pan n0:-ajmpd8295m, i had submitter rectified itr-1 of assessment year 2013-204 with all necessary document (Form16, previous itr copy etc.). To mr. Prakash prasar on dated 20/03/2017 at anand, gujarat but he was not given to me printed receipt only given to me income tax office seal without signature acknowledgement he was committed to me refund wit be met on first or second week in april month yet not refund receipt of rs.5220/-
I am trying to contact with income tax office[protected] but nobody pick the phone.

Please look into the matter

Dear sir, My PAN card number is BCYPS9839N.
the name printed on pan card is JAGDAMBA PRASAD SATI.
but in the database, it is JAGDAMBAPRASAD. The space is not there in between. I want the name in database to be updated .

Sir i applied two times when i was applied first time i waited so many days so i decided that request was canceled. recently i applied one more time this time you allotted two pan numbers please deactivate this account ( COPPR6743J ) so please cancel this account number
