I have used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my friend. I used e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.20 using my debit card three times. My balance was deducted from the bank on 02/07/2019 but there was a mismatch between otp number. It showed me a message stating that otp is incorrect and hence you cannot proceed the application. Whether payment made for three times i. E. 106.20*3 = 318.60/- payment is refundable?

I have got refund of only amount paid once (106.20/-). I haven't got refund for other two times paid (106.20/-*2 times)

When I going to reprint of PAN Card (FOXPD3802M) from UTI link, there comes error is Problem fetching records from ITD.
