With due respect to you, Sir i received a PAN Card through courier [ Name of Antony PX PX, Date of birth 10/12/1958] at my residence .But My name is “ Antony PX”.All my id proof showing that my name Antony P X. I tried to change my name, but not done.so kindly cancel my PAN No. DJJPP2067P
