Income Tax Department — requested for cancel pan card

Hi sir,
I have cancelled one of my pan card and got the receipt from income tax department on March 2018 but still not yet cancelled and also applied for old pan card and made payment also but not received.
This is very inconvenience to me to apply the loan. Can you please take a action as soon as possible.

Please find attached cancellation receipt from income tax department.

The above company owner Mr. Selvam is having illeagel assets and black money and stolen steel businesses. For the past one month he has earned 3 crore rupees by steel Scrap trading without paying gst. Kindly consider my complaint take action against him.
