Income Tax Department — still showing under process

I have applied in the month of october 2017 for my pan card, since 1n half month it’s showing under process. I am in need of my pan card. Could you just tell me what to do? I am in urgent need. Why it is getting delayed? This is my acknowledgement number n - [protected]. Could you print it faster because i am in need. Have to submit the documents to bank people without pan i am not able to proceed
