Income Tax Department — Tax Payment Amount Debited in savings account - But Shows Payment Failed in Income Tax Portal

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is M. Thamim Ansar. My Younger Sister Name is M. Hawwabi. My Sisters PAN No. is ANYPH6971J. My Sisters Aadhar No. is[protected]. My sister Linked her PAN with AADHAR on 23.03.2023 through IncomeTax Portal and paid fine Rs. 1, 000/- using Indian Bank Net Banking (Savings Account No. [protected]). The Payment was successfull and amount debited in my sisters saving account. But, the Income Tax Payment portal shows payment failed. So, I request to Link My Sisters PAN with AADHAR as soon as possible. Otherwise please refund my sisters amount..
