[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — unable to find my pan card records

Dear Team,

I have a pan card with the (pan number - AOGPH9159F)
when i tried to look for details on the below-mentioned website i shows error as {NO RECORDS FOR THE PROVIDED DETAILS}

I had given my details on it as
Surname : UMAPATHY
Middle name : KUMAR
First name : HETHESH
Date of birth : 29/07/1992

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card

I had Registered my last complaint on 13/8/2018, that i was not able to check my Pan card Status its shows {NO RECORDS FOR THE PROVIDED DETAILS}

Still, now the issue is not resolved please provide the details what is wrong in my pan card & what should i do for the next level to clear the issue

I took my pan card in Chennai, Now I'm Staying in Bangalore, Now is that possible to visit Jurisdictional Income Tax Office & check or update about my pan card status in Bangalore
