Income Tax Department — Wrong status of ITR processing

For AY24-25 the status of my ITR processing has on its own become Processed with Demand due.
But I do not see any demand anywhere. It's not there in my Intimation 143-1 and also the Demand IVR says no demand for that AY.

I raised a grievance and they closed it saying it is as per 143-1-A sent on email and demand less than 100 need not be paid.
The issue is this is wrong because there's no demand in the first place.
Remove that status immediately from my efiling login.
