Had a terrible experience with Incred Finance personal loan applied through Paytm.
There were no clear terms and conditions mentioned through Paytm. Just 4 huge complicated documents that definitely no one can read (including ChatGPT). Intentionally didn’t give any details about hidden charges, which they have multiple.
I wanted to pay back the loan immediately but they say they cannot do it.
I have to wait six months to foreclose a loan. (Don’t even know if this is even legal). And penalised me additional cost when the autopayments failed. Even if I had legit reason for the failed autopayment, they wouldn’t cancel this penalty and were always aggressive/harassing when communicating. They have huge interests and insane daily charge for late payments which they don’t mention anywhere other than those huge documents.
Threatened to come to home and place of work multiple times for even small things.
I thought Paytm would only collaborate with reputed partners and there was no communication with Paytm/Incred at the start to even explain these hidden charges. Don’t make the same mistake Was this information helpful? |
