Had a terrible experience with Incred Finance personal loan applied through Paytm.
There were no clear terms and conditions mentioned through Paytm. Just 4 huge complicated documents that definitely no one can read (including ChatGPT). Intentionally didn’t give any details about hidden charges, which they have multiple.

I wanted to pay back the loan immediately but they say they cannot do it.
I have to wait...

I dont have my loan detaiks i have already paid i am under bed rest due to accident people are harassing ne from incred i will put a complaint...

Hi i have taken loan from Incred and i just got late to pay emi amount because i lost my job due to layoff but still im managing anyhow to pay emis. Currently im facing financial crisis. I received call from incred her name shown as PRIYA NIKAM on True caller but when i ask her full name she just told me Priyanka. She was calling me again and again and harrassing me over call and talks very rudly and badly. I was just asking for 2 more days...

My complaint is bad behaved and blackmailing all financer ...very bad talking anyone staff ...so bad wrking finance staff maintain this company ...so plz motivated any persons personal problem not knew any body badly talking to urself very bad...loan emi so short example 503/-, 766, 1005 this type emi and they r so lot of pressurised ourself...we comiting suicide bad behaved so badly... No personal human being personalty anyone staf[censored]r...

I have taken loan from Incred finance in 2019, from them i am paying regular also in covid i paid monetray amount last 2 emis is pending this month i could n't manage as i have finacial crisis i requested them to give me time of one month but there all executives are harraisign me and threatning me that they willl come home and tell in the society. Don't know where to start from, I had taken a personal loan from Incred, and have always managed to make payment even if there is a delay payments are always made.

Problem started 5 months back when my brother's kidney failed and we had to admit him in and out of the hospital for dialysis which his body was not supporting and other vital organs were giving up. All this is no. Of your concern as the payment were still going.br...

I want to file a complaint against Incred finance, as they have communicated different rate of interest while I was taking loan . When I applied for loan monika one of the Incred staff said the rate of interest is 19%, at the time of loan disbursal, she dint say 28% is the roi which is thrice the interest rate than normal. It's been three months I am following up them all I get is abusive words from their employees Gopal. He is threatening...

I want to complaint about Andheri East branch of incred finance from there we are getting a call for someone one else loan account we don't know that person but still Andheri East incred finance agent NEHA Karan vaibhav so many people are calling us and treating us that the person who has taking loan has given ur reference this so bad behaviour they are calling on a senior citizens Mr Rawat and torching then plz take action against Andheri East incred finance

THEY ARE THREATING ME ON WHATSAPP FOR EMI .THEY COME IN MY OFFICE ADDRESS WITHOUT ANY INTEMATION ..they are calling my family numbers. they are running a illegal process they abusing they are using very bad words even i cant tell anyone .plz take action on this

Personal loan process gets completed and received the amount of 231414/- on 17.03.2022
But I have not submitted hard copies of cheque.
I informed Incred representative to disburse the loan, if rate of interest should be 13% or else I don't want the loan.
Thereafter also the disbursed the with rate of interest 28%
Also no one even call me to give the loan details before disbursement.
I request you help me....

I had taken a loan a loan in INCRED with account number LXHYD[protected] IN 2019, and I cleared the loan in the month of May 2022. It's been 2 months since I cleared the due and yet it didn't update in my CIBIL report and due to this I'm not able to avail any other loan.

I have taken a loan from Incred, Mumbai on 16th July 2022 of Rs. 185000. But they are saying that the sanctioned loan amount is Rs. 191261. Because they have bought a Insurance worth Rs. 6261 on my loan amount and I have to bear the EMI for that. They have never told us about the Insurance neither they asked our confirmation about the insurance.

Now, when contacted, they are saying that Insurance has been mandatory after Covid. If that is so, kindly send this statement through email. (I have recorded version with the agent)

They are charging 26% Interest which is very high anyways. They are charging 5% Processing Fees which is again very high and charging 18% GST on that 5% Processing Fees

This is pure cheating by Incred.

I had purchased an E Voucher of Amazon for Rs. 35, 000/- from Zest Money in March 2021. The E Voucher was financed by Incred. The EMIs were scheduled from April 2021 to December 2021 total 9 and I have paid all the EMIs on time and before time without any delay or overdue.

But in the month of February 2022 while checking my credit report it was showing an overdue of Rs. 833/- reported by InCred in the month of January. I immediately sent an email to Incred stating that it has been falsely reported by Incred and it must be corrected to which I received a reply stating that Zest Money has to correct it.

When I contacted Zest money they said that they will ask Incred to correct it. Whenever contacted Zest Money they give the same excuse that it would be resolved by Incred in few days time.

I am being played like a football by Zest Money and Incred. All my loan applications and credit limits are rejected. I had an emergency at home and I could not utilize my instant cash limit as it has been frozen due to Low Credit score in credit bureaus CRIF Highmark, Equifax, CIBIL and Experian.

Neither Incred is doing anything to correct their mistake and now they have stopped responding as well. I request you kindly take action immediately and ask them to compensate for the mistake on credit report and mental trauma which I am being facing.

If I had missed my emi or unpaid emi then these people would have taken recovery and legal actions against me and made my life hell. Now I expect action to be taken against them.

I have not taken a loan of 500000 from incred but in cibil report its showing please remove it

I have taken a loan from InCread n every month on 5th the amount gets debit from my account but for the month of March there was a sufficient balance in my account but still the account didn't get cut n claims that due to insufficient balance the 590 amount for bounce the amount is deducted
Called customer care n paid the loan amount directly to the IDFB InCread bank account

My Name is Rahul, I applied for loan but i never got the amount from Incred, but in my cibil it shows that I took 500000 loan and it is already dispursed. How can i raise complaint on this.. Incred customer care number is not working. Its a complete fraud company....
