Incred — Defamation and breech of trust contacts are hacked

Don't know where to start from, I had taken a personal loan from Incred, and have always managed to make payment even if there is a delay payments are always made.

Problem started 5 months back when my brother's kidney failed and we had to admit him in and out of the hospital for dialysis which his body was not supporting and other vital organs were giving up. All this is no. Of your concern as the payment were still going.

This month he was again admitted for which we had to hold on funds for medical expenses and we had informed all this to you executive Ms. Priya, we were hoping he would get better and would get discharged as usual. Again maybe not your concern.

On 26th April he passed away, I still answered her call and informed her that he passed away and I sent the death certificate which is all attached in the chat. I did confirm that the payment will be done tomorrow.

Now my concerns start here, who provides training to these executives to speak. If there is a death in your family will you be answering call? but I still did as it was my duty in that she is saying if you are alive that's all what we need and we don't care if any one else dies. Seriously are these people humans.

As promised the payment was done the next day but she was calling me full day knowing there was funeral and rituals going on. Again are these people human. Even if it's a job this is not how it has to be done.

I then came to know that calls are made to people whom I know ( not the refrences provided by me proofs were attached) to far off friends informing them about my loan. Again breach of trust and defamation. They were informed that the numbers were provided by me to the bank.

When asked for the documents I had submitted and numbers given my me I was promised that it will be handed over to me post I did the payment.
Which was then refused ( chats were attached)

And a casual attitude ab kya payment ho gaya na jane do, sorry.

I am sorry it is breach of trust and defamation.

Later when I submitted proof of chats and calls made to hacked contacts they called my complain baseless.

They enjoy in the grief of a common man and make fun of their misery.

Strict action should be taken against them.
