Incred — Didn't update my account status to closed in CIBIL though I cleared the loan

I had taken a loan a loan in INCRED with account number LXHYD[protected] IN 2019, and I cleared the loan in the month of May 2022. It's been 2 months since I cleared the due and yet it didn't update in my CIBIL report and due to this I'm not able to avail any other loan.
