I want to file a complaint against Incred finance, as they have communicated different rate of interest while I was taking loan . When I applied for loan monika one of the Incred staff said the rate of interest is 19%, at the time of loan disbursal, she dint say 28% is the roi which is thrice the interest rate than normal. It's been three months I am following up them all I get is abusive words from their employees Gopal. He is threatening me if I don't pay the loan completely he is gonna bash me .
