My spouse filled out a gift coupon that was available in the Lulu Mall @ KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
We have received a call on the next day informing us that our coupon had been selected for free gifts and that we need to go as a couple and collect the gifts personally.
On 26.03.2025 @ Vasavi MPM Grand, which is very close to the Ameerpet Metro Station, they gave an explanation of various Holiday and Club Membership packages that cost Rs. 3, 75, 000.00 for 10 Year duration.
They trickled and brain washed us fully over a period of 3 hours with many offers and benefits which will be available to the members for the next 10 years long and forced us to sign on bond documents without giving us a chance to read the documents completely. Also, the copies of the discussed benefits and offers have not shared with us.
They accompanied with us and collected the full amount within no time. Fortunately, I had given a cheque for Rs.3, 00, 000.00 which I had kept on hold without releasing the payment.
Later I have gone through the documents and found that lot of other additional payments / charges were found for plot registration charges, development charges, annual maintenance charges, guide charges, taxi charges, etc. at the destinations which I have not accepted and held the cheque for payment. Then the team had waived off all the additional charges except land registration charges applicable as per government norms.
They are supposed to register the plot within 90 days of agreement. Not done up to 150 days. They told me all sorts of stories either to avoid or delay the activities. Finally, they have not registered the plot as mentioned in the agreement. They registered the plot which was in a different location. This is one kind of gambling. They told one thing and did the other thing. As far as they try to confuse the customers.
They have promised that for two members GYM will be provided for one year. With lot of rigorous follow-ups, they have booked the GYM on 11.07. 2025 for one month only. Again, the second month they have not renewed on time. Again, with tough follow-up it was renewed on 18.08.2025. And for the third month, they have not renewed as on 21.09.2025. Their services are found very poor.
They have offered us 6 Adults, and 2 Kids packages based on the discussions during the offer and accordingly they have issued an amendment document towards this change from their standard package of 2 Adults and 2 Kids and also offered travel insurance to the members.
Not only their policies are fake, so are all the people here have been trained to act accordingly.
After joining the package and on receipt of the full amount, they did not attend the calls timely, do not see and respond the WhatsApp messages. Very poor response to customer requirements.
They keep on changing the staff for coordination with the customers. This makes very easy to confuse the customers.
I have wasted six months of time talking to them and trying to get their support for registration of the plot which was supposed to be done within 90 days of agreement. This was also a wrong commitment and fake promise from the team.
They explained something initially, on the agreement some other matter and finally executed different manner. No where fair dealings.
All activities are fake, promises are fake, commitments are fake, and they as a whole are observed fraudsters. Their life goes on confusing and looting the public.
we were not given time to think and decide. As if they try to show that we were on the platform and if we did not sign, we miss the opportunity for ever.
