My wife filled a gift coupon which was provided outside the National Mart during Dec"2024 Nagaram near ECIL X Rds at Hyderabad. With in 2 days we got a call that our coupon got selected for free gifts and we the couple need to go there to collect. After reaching there their office near Ameerpet Metro station, they explained some holiday membership packages for tenure of 10 years amounting to Rs.2 lakhs. They brain washed and made us to make an initial advance of Rs.30, 000/- and took the signatures finally on bond papers on[protected] after making a total amount of Rs.1, 25, 000/-without giving us time to read it. We planned a Family trip to Kolhapur and other places for 4 days during Nov"2025.They did not book any accommodation for us despite our request in advance and asked us to pay in advance asking us to claim later. We spent about Rs.10, 000/- towards accommodation in the trip.
Now even after Two months, they are not responding to our Phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Hence, we request your good self to interfere and arrange for the refund, together with costs, and harassment, at the earliest. We are here to cooperate with you as per your guidelines please.
