Inden — Blocked my Gas connection

Dear Sir, My Consumer no. CX369885, Name - Om Sharma, A-37, Sitaram Puri, Amer Road, Jaipur. I have took this connection in 2013, My brother also take connection on same day and same address consumer no. CX 369886. We submit the KYC documents sepratly in January, 15 for direct cash subsidy. Since last 3 months I can not book my silender because gas agency blocked my consumer no CX369885. I went to shanti gas service they said to me that you took two connection with same address. Than I phone to the Indian Oil Corporation, head office, Sitapura, jaipur they don't reply me properly and said to me deposit KYC again. Sir, I deposit KYC just 6 month before and recievd subsidy in account. Than why they giving me turble without any phone call or any notice. Sir we leave in 3 story bulding, address is same and kyc deposited sapratly. Give me solution. Otherwise I have to go consumer Court. Thanks om sharma [protected]
