I have took this connection in 2013, My brother also take connection on same day and same address consumer no. CX 369886. We submit the KYC documents sepratly in January, 15 for direct cash subsidy. i have book my LPG cylinder on 9/9/14, receipt delivered report on 16/9/14 & complain on 8/10/14.but still don't received cylinder my consumer no- 8091, booking id 200575, cash memo no-[protected], complain no-1596424 . pleas take some action...

There authorised dealer Pushpak Gas Agency( Inden), Kalawad Road Rajkot.phone no is always busy, if in case it gets connected they never pick up the phone. Also there is always delay in delivery of cylinder and alwayes giving fulty commitments...

My transfere voucher of gas connection issued by City Gas Agency on September 9, 2008 has been lost during my jouny from Guwahati to Delhi on September 11, 2008. As I have been transfered from Guwahati to Delhi. My connection no 25117 issued by the City Gas agency Beltola, Bashistha, Guwahati 28 road was running at Guwahati . Please issue duplicate copy of the transfere voucher so that i can get the connection at Delhi....
