Independent Dish Tv — connection issues

I purchased independent dish tv from authorised dealer in udaipur rajasthan on 14th feb 2019. But after 2 months, i am facing connection issue. Whereas, the dealers promised on time service. I tried many times to customer service, but unable to connect with them.
When connected to dealer, he said everyone is facing the issue. Subsequent to which i asked him to refund the amount paid, for which he denied.
As per their website, it is published that "technical team is working to re-establish our satellite network for resumption of our dth services.

I want refund of amount paid to them for improper services by the company.
