My name is Dikshant. I am a small business owner. I have recently applied for a 50, 000 rs loan to grow my
business and increase my earnings.
I have applied for a 50, 000 rupees loan from India AI Credit Cash loan app. I have been talking to a man
name bhagat singh who is companies customer representative. So we have been talking to each other
since 3 April but i did not know back then that i am getting scammed right from the start.
Okay so it started as me trying to get a 50, 000 rs loan from this App. I installed the app and entered the
correct details and apply for the loan also i have paid the membership fee of 750 rs, But communications i
am having with chatting support over watsapp is very poor. I am not getting anywhere talking to him
(Bhagat Singh) so i wrote this complaint for you to understand my position.
WhatsApp support keeps telling me to pay them more money, even when i said i have no more money to
pay, please return my money back because, i applied for 50, 000 rupees loan, i paid 2, 500 rupees as a
processing fee, and 10, 000 rupees fees to currect my account number,
Because apparently i have entered wrong account Number into account details, but i thought that this App
has good score on Google Play Store so i should not be worried so i paid them 10, 000 rs more. After a
while i asked their support that my loan amount has not reached my bank. He tells me to pay 10, 000 more
because my bank account is frozen so in order to unfreeze it i have to pay 20% of loan amount that is
10, 000 rs. This time i had many doubts and i asked him to refund me immediately but he insisted soo
much to pay and even said that all the money will be refunded with the loan amount so that means i will
be given back 50, 000+10, 000+10, 000=70, 000rs back. In Order to save my already invested 12500 rupees.
I asked my friend and family members to lend me some money for sometimes. Somehow I was able to
come up with 10, 000 and transfer the amount take the screenshot and share with him on what app, And
just when i thought i would get my loan now, he said your credit score is not good enough so in order to
activate withdraw i have to pay 20, 000 rs.
But this time i do not have this amount on me because if i had the money or this much amount i wouldn't
have taken the loan to begin with.
Sir please take some action against them or more people will get scammed more poor people because
rich don't require such smaller loan so the only once are the poor who are trying to go by making day
income by doing hard work.
I am not able to give the money, so i request you to kindly please refund my money back, so far i have paid
750+2500+10000+10000=23250 rs.
I have screenshot of transactions, i will attach to this email, i can give you chat history if you want proofs
of what I am saying is correct or not. Currently this guy is not replying to any of my messages because i
have shared the screenshot of my back account balance that is not much so this guy is not interested in
talking to me.
