India Bulls — advance amount not refunded

I have gone for a site visit in india bull greens property by august month. Their service coordinator titus prakash asked to pay rs.10000 for interim blocking of a flat and he has assured that if the remaining balance is not paid within monday, interim block would get cancelled and 10k would be refunded to my account by default. Please check attachment which carries account transfer snap shot and the email conversation. Refund not happened, when i followed with the team now prakash is no more with this property and as per newly joined poc mr. Anand, refund is not possible from their end.
