India Bulls Dhani — Complaint Regarding subscription of Dhani One freedom credit line

Please refer the below emails which I communicated with dhani team to resolve the issue but which is still not resolved till today as on 4th May after sending so many emails and phone calls.

Even I called dhani team on 30th April 2022 they assured that it will be resolved by 2nd May 2022 but nothing was happened. I already paid the subscription amount of Rs. 295 for dhani one freedom creditline of Rs. 5000 in the month of Nov 2021 and April 2022 for dhani one freedom credit line subscription and to reactive my dhani one creditline which I was unabled to use as my account as it is still showing that the account is inactive in mobile app till today.

Please look into this very serious concern and help me out.

As I am an existing dhani customer of dhani one freedom credit line and wants to register a complaint against dhani for not giving me the services and responses over the phone after successful payment of subscription fees of Rs. 295 in the month of both April 2022 and Nov 2021 which they charged against dhani one freedom credit line and not provided me the services in the month of Nov 2021 and April 2022 after getting dhani subscription fees. Below are the email communications which I have done with dhani team for your reference.

So request you to please provide me the assistance and try to resolve the issue.

Dear Sir / Madam

With reference to my previous email, I was assured by your team member over the phone that the issue will be resolved within 5 days but it is still not resolved since 15 days please let me know the time and date that when can I expect the same from your end as you people are charging subscription fees in the name of creditline and not providing us the proper services on time and doing a fake promises all the time even nobody is supporting after sales service nor giving proper response over the phone call.

For the subscription of dhani one freedon I paid Rs. 294 in the month of November 2021 and April 2022 ( documents of proof attached) but received zero services from your end so request you to kindly do the needful otherwise I will raise this issue to consumer court and also to RBI for further action and for misleading communication which your team are doing with the innocent customers and for the fake common practices in the name of dhani one freedom.

Please reply and resolve the issue as I said in my app dhani one freedom creditline is still not activated and showing inactive since 3rd April 2022 for which I sent an email and for which I already paid Rs. 295 but not received any reply from your end nor services related to the same and I am really fedup from the issue now.

Please reply at the earliest
