India Bulls — disbursement

I have submitted all my papers for disbursement to india bulls office sector 63 noida, they told me that due to deepawali they will initiate the disbursement process only after 12th november 2018 but till today i have been chasing them for the same. They also told me that even though they will initiate the process but i will not get the disbursement as india bulls is having some audit going on due to some internal fraud.

I need my disbursement process to be initiated and if india bulls cannot pay the check then they should give us the same in writing. We are paying lots of interest and also builder is charging us penalties due to delay in payment.
