India Bulls — iam being charged check bounce charges even though I have paid emis on time

I took a personal loan from india bulls and i needed to pay my emis on 5th of every month and i have paid my emis on 5th of every month, even then iam being charged check bounce charges since 4 months.i dont even understand why do i need to pay extra money even though i paid all my emis on due dates. now of their guys calls me and asks me to pay the check bounce charges.
