In may 2013 we decided to invest in a project by india bulls, there were total four o[censored]s who had invest 4.88 lakhs which was 20% of the flat value for india bulla golf city phase 2. The name of the buyers were mr. Shashank pore, mr. Upendra agakar, mr. Jyotish kannan and myself (Shailesh powale).
Since india bulls was a big brand name it was an easy decision to make and we were promised a timely delivery on the same. We were promised a possession in next 3 years. And with considerable enthusiasm we made the 20% payment.
However the project did not move and in the end of 2016 when we enquired about the status of the project, to out shock they had no clearances on this project. And hence we applied for a refund, which also was a painful process.
Three o[censored]s got the refund in march without any interest, but one o[censored]s mr. Jyotish kannan who is working outside india was not able to do the requisite paper work at that time and he did this later to our surprise his refund was processed with interest.
On this we reached back to the india bulls team to enquire on this partially done and why they had not paid interest to the above mentioned three customers –as per them that time the policy was different.
One cannot follow a policy of discrimination towards its customers. Simply fail to understand the logic behind preferential treatment to one set of customers and denying the same to others. Such discriminatory policies are frowned upon by the law of the land.
This is day time robbery of this bull of first not delivering the product and then denying the interest.
