Respected Sir/Mam, I had ordered cake from IndiaFlowerGiftShop.com and made the online payment on 19th Feb 2017. Tracking ID: KLA984. However its not delivered yet. I am taking follow up on Support number [protected] and [protected] and [protected]. They answer and cut the call once i ask for the delivery of cake. Neither they answer the cal and informing us the reason. No communication is done by them. Could you please take serious action against them.
