It's very sad to write this that after being into and industry of gift and emotions, your company is utterly bad at your customer.
I ordered for a birthday cake to be delivered on 22nd jan in sonepat.

Payment : done
The birthday passed but you failed to deliver the cake.
Over and above this you send a mail saying you have successfully delivered it.
After trying to reach on the only one number available, you staff apologized and assured to deliver the cake in 2 hours of time.
And since then i've made 20 calls to your office and your staff has stopped responding. Rather put my number on hold.
Your staff disconnect the calls on the face of your customers.

They haven't even sent me an order number after making the payment and placing order.
They said they cannot deliver the gift as well that too after making the payment .
Now no refund as well.
The lady is disconnecting my call
