Hi,
My friend placed an order for cake and flowers with India Flower Gift Shop on 18th of April for me, and till date it has not been delivered.
I was eagerly waiting for the cake on 18th night along with the guests.
Past 11 pm, when we did not receive cake, we tried to call them but no one answered the calls.
I started following up from 19th onwards, but there was no response.
On 21st only, I could manage to reach them on call.
To my surprise, they told me that ordered merchandise has already been delivered on 19th April to me.
I asked them to share copy of delivery challan with my sign, and since then, have been following up on the same. Now, whenever I call them, they just say that they will get back to me in a day.
Guys, just beware of these kind of cheats! They will cheat you at the cost of your emotions. Was this information helpful? |
