I had ordered a bouquet of roses on 01.02.2016 to be sent to my mom in 06.02.2016. Had paid Rs 549 online and got a confirmation an order tracking I'd rwBkFt. They did not deliver the gift as promised nor have refunded me any money and repeated emails to them have gone unanswered.
