India Flower Gift Shop — order not delivered & money not refunded | |||||
I had placed an order of bouquet & sweets on 7th nov '18 for delivery to kerala on 14th nov '18. The delivery was not done and the customer executive was also not at all apologetic about not getting the order delivered and initiated a refund of money on 14th nov '18 (Received a mail from their support team saying my money - rs. 810, has been refunded and i will be receiving the money in 7-10working days). On 28th nov '18, i send a mail to the support team ([protected]@indiaflowergiftshop.com) stating that the refund of money has not happened and called the customer care and reported the same. They said it will get credited in my account by 30th nov '18. Till date i have not received the refund money. I called them today, 13th dec, '18 on their multiple numbers which no one answers usually. After a lot of trying i got through a person who picked up and the moment i mentioned my complaint they cut the call. And from then they are not answering calls. This is very unprofessional and unethical way of working which is just not acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||||

still now the item is not delivered. And when i called to customer care they told me the place is little far away from town and silly excuses (ordered place is just 4-6 KM away from city, west hills)
