They are just the worst company I have ever seen... I doubt if they are a company OR just individual frauds who takes money from people and ran away. I ordered a cake to be delivered on 9th September 2014 and before placing order I confirmed the same on phone. They said yes, it will be delivered and I placed order. I specially mentioned that it needs to be reached by 2 PM. But on the same day, it was not reached till 6 PM so I called them 8-10 times, a lady picks up the phone and cut the phone when I start my complain. What the HELL!!!
I got the idea that they are fraud and being a responsible Indian, I thought I should write a complaint over here so people can know about them and be aware of this website. http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/
