Hi Team,
I know I am writing here in the wrong forum but I am obliged to India Gifts Mall for an apology due to wrong complaint raised till date for which I have harrassed them a lot :) I had placed an order for which the payment was not deducted from my account and the order was also not completed. Somehow I didn't check my email at that time and when gift didnt get delivered l blasted the team on call like anything.
But then when they checked and confirmed that the order was actually not placed. By this time I being impatient and angry I had lodged complaint on almost forums and websites. I really apologise to your team for the ill-treatment. I wish could delete all those posts in forums. But I am not getting the options.
