        I am not able to reply on my initial complaint and creating the complaint again for refund -

        As the bhai dooj product is not getting delivered to my brother in Netherlands although it was prepaid hence refund for full now and cancel it.Highly disappointing experience

        Earlier i got rakhi delivered on the same address without any additional charges .You are doing fraud by not mentioning about this earlier and then asking teh recipient to pay before receiving gift.

        Refund my money back for non delivered order to Netherlands

          I placed a bhaidooj tikka order from the website Order Number: 34653

          The order includes international shipping charges for Netherlands and is fully paid in advance.

          Now the receiver is contacted by the logistics team and asked to pay excise duty for collection of package which is approx 4800 INR

          This is fraud as we already paid a good amount for the order including shipping in advance so why another charge.

          Cancel the order and process complete refund i[censored] are unable to deliver this order as promised

            I ordered a deck from IGM and they refunded me the next day of placing the order, without stating any reason, I tried contacting them via Facebook, Whatsapp, mail but to no avail. I wish to know why it happened and if possible I need to order it once again

              Hi Team,

              I know I am writing here in the wrong forum but I am obliged to India Gifts Mall for an apology due to wrong complaint raised till date for which I have harrassed them a lot :) I had placed an order for which the payment was not deducted from my account and the order was also not completed. Somehow I didn't check my email at that time and when gift didnt get delivered l blasted the team on call like anything.

              But then when they checked and confirmed that the order was actually not placed. By this time I being impatient and angry I had lodged complaint on almost forums and websites. I really apologise to your team for the ill-treatment. I wish could delete all those posts in forums. But I am not getting the options.

                  During Covid 19 also they arrange delivery and Quality of products was also very Good. All products were also as per displayed.

                        his is height of slowness. I ordered on 8th Aug and they ship it on 11th Aug. They did not ship the rakhis immediately. Also on the site they committed to have them before rakshabandhan. Now you are saying that it takes 10-15 days

                              I have purchased rakhi from india gifts mall in july 29th. Order number 28465.

                              I was assured that rakhi will be delivered till 4th august but it has not been delivered till date. The bluedart courier number shared with me is [protected]. It is not suggesting that it will take more 10 days to reach and somehow it is diverted via singapore.

                              I have paid rs 650 for this.

                              I tried reaching out to the customer care of india but no one is picking the phone.

                                I placed an order for Rakhi (Order# 26546) on Aug-13, which was supposed to be delivered to a UK address on Aug-17th or max within 12 days. but it still hasn't been delivered. I sent them mail again and again for a refund but they never refunded my money and now they don't even bother to respond. These guys seem to be big cheats. I waited for 12 working days but they haven't delivered in two months and not even refunding my money. These kind of companies are a disgrace to country and should be shut down.

                                  I sent a rakhi to my brother in Dallas, Texas on August 8th, 2016. It reached to him on time. I ordered Meva Ladoo with rakhi. But when the packet was received, ladoos were all powdered and there was a stale smell. I filled a complaint on August 17th 2016. Then I sent an email again on August 24th 2016. On Aaugust 26th 2016, I received email from India Gift Mall, saying that my complaint is being looked after and it will take 30 days to process the request. On September 6th 2016, I received an email which stated the following:
                                  "We have investigated on your complaint. Your order was picked on 9th August and delivered on 12 August.
                                  Meva laddoo are having self life of 10 days.
                                  We did not found any image also.
                                  Kindly forward us the image of the sweets for our further investigation and settlement of your claim.
                                  Hope you will under stand and will cooperate with us. "

                                  After almost 15 days I received this email. I don't think anyone would save stale ladoos for this long to take a picture of them. How was I supposed to know that photos if a requirement when I left a message on online chat.

                                  This a hoax and I should have followed the reviews from people before sending the gifts from this website. I want my money back.

                                      I have sent raakhi to my brother in australia on 11 th aug, 2016. It is clerarly written on this website that order will be delievered in 4-5 days.                                         I have order online Rakhi to Australia from India Gift Mall site on 22nd Aug. Rakshabandhan date was 29th Aug'15 and my Rakhi was not delivered till 29th Aug even after several followup with DHL and india gift mall team.

                                        Concern- when India gift mall knows that Rakhi is on 29th Aug, they should make sure that their all orders related to Rakshabandhan shold get delivered to every destination by 29th without any fail. why it was not delivered by 29th. just due to their neglegancy my Rakhi was not delivered to my brother on Rakshabandhan. do they realy know the emotional value behind Rakhi ? i am emotionally hurt just because of this neglegancy by India Gift Mall. i did ever biggest mistake in my life to choose "india gift mall" for online Rakhi delivery.

                                        India gift mall is cheating with their customers. they have nothing to do with customer's emotions, they are not bother about what is customer satisfaction ?

                                        on taking followup with DHL they said that they have forwarded my shipment order to their 3rd party and cannot take followup.

                                        India Gifts Mall customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        India gifts mall is not a genuine site. They never respond to customers. I tried contacting them lot of times. I had problem placing the order.Nothings work, they have just made the home screen attracting..rather get it working.

                                        Visiting their site was a waste of time.
