India Homes — Not given Promised Credit Amount

Hi,

I have purchased Flat in Bangalore through India Homes. It has offered me upfront discount of 60K and agreed to credit the amount to me with in couple of months of booking the Flat. Also, I have referred couple of my friends to purchase property through India Homes and they have agreed to referral bonus amount of 60K . Total amount I am supposed to get from India Homes is 1.2 Lakhs.

Its been more than 6 months and no one from India Homes is responding or picking up phone.
