agni property (now india home) sale coordinators ara big cheats. one Vineet malhotra lured me to buy gulshan homez project by providing false informations, not giving proper commission, no support, no follow up, avoiding phone calls, lying every time. i request every one not to buy property through them as they never cooperate once you book through them.They are well trained professionals mostly mba degree holders and have set system of buiding confidance till you book through them but after booking they are nevet approachable.

I totally agreed with you, I have booked flat in mansoon breeze sec 78, ggn...by Shivank & Amit sharma (india homes), now they are not picking the calls & also not providing the credit note to me. I can not trust to them that I'll get my payments or not? I would say that dont go for india homes. Pl inform to your frds as well.

I totally agreed with you, I have booked flat in BPTP Terra Project by Prashant Mishra and Nitin Sabharwal (India homes), are big cheats. Both lured me to buy apartment by providing false information, not giving proper commission, not providing any support, no follow up, avoiding phone calls, lying every time. I request every one not to buy property through them as they never cooperate once you book through them.They are well trained professionals cheats, and have set system of building confidence till you book through them but after booking they are never approachable.
I can not trust to them and would say that don't go for India homes. Pl inform to your frauds as well.

Do not go with Indiahomes they are big time cheat, not providing any discounts as advertised in their site. After buying through them they don't respond to any of your queries neither pay what was promised. Big time cheat and liers, never believe them or buy any property through them. If you go through them builder also will not give any discounts because builder has to pay commission to indiahomes. End of the day buyers will get cheated by indiahomes. Big time fraud company all lies, they will never give in writing that they will provide you the discounts as promised or advertised in the site.

Business Plan of Indiahomes: They charge minimum 5% brokerage from Builder for Taking their project for sale on their website. Builder accepts their offer easily because they sale his project with more than expected rate. For achieving this target Indiahomes use so many marketing campaigns by investing lacks of ruppees and create their good image in front of customers. But when any customer buy property from Indiahomes he has to suffer from loss of atleast 10 lacks. Indiahomes Consumer Complaints.

totally agree with u all indiahomes is a big fraud company.they provide false information and providing brokerage to there agent also.

I completely agree!! India homes is hiring talented people and playing with careers of individual. Not only that in todays world they are bounding people to not join same sector of real estate and sending illegal notices to all ex employee taking away there right to earn livelihood. This is serious and the management is fighting off personal battle's unprofessionally !!

They do not cut PF inspite having 400+ employee PAN INDIA and are operating illegally in market
They do not pay credit note issues to customer and neither pay broker who are associated with them. Investor like hellion - Sanjeev aggarwal and capital foundations - Ashu garg are literally associated with them and paying no heed to the behavior adopted by india-homes.

Some body has to take it up with labor dept. of GOVT OF INDIA and STOP this illegal way of harassing people in today world.

Please help - We are all INDIA HOMES- AGNI employees who have been constantly harassed by the management team of Indiahomes.

- They make people work for 30 days at a stretch without any leave.

- They make us sign bond taking away our right of employability.

- They do not give PF as per labour law in India inspite having 400+ employee PAN India.

- They do not pay commission to channel partners.

I have been a witness all that has been going on this website against IndiaHomes. Must say that to me all that has been written above, all acquisition/allegations are completely frivolous and baseless. I can ascertain this as I am a satisfied employee of IndiaHomes and this company is totally transparent in all its transactions. I believe the individual commenting above, with the name 'Ashish' is the same who was fired from IndiaHomes on ground o[censored]nethical practices and integrity issues.

I am completely shocked after reading all these comments. I have recently purchased a flat through India Homes and I was amazed by the customer service they have provided. I was well informed about all the terms and conditions of the agreement and the payment plan was also explained to me. Even though I was buying a property for the first time they did not take advantage of my ignorance. In fact the sales executive got the best deal for me. I think someone is trying to take personal revenge like this. Well, this is really cheap. I will recommend India Homes to all my friends and family members.

Hi, its too surprising for me to hear all these acquisitions for IndiaHomes. I am in aprocess of buying a flat from them and i am impressed with their commendable services. I have even met their management team and it would not be right if i dont say here that they are amongst the best professionals i have met. It's strange to hear all this and i felt it to be my duty to let people know that they should themselves deal with IndiaHomes to know their true worth...its an excellent professional organization and have proven themselves in this industry.

India homes.com part of AGNI group is working as a real estate brokers. They are forcing employee to sign non- compete agreement which is void as per the supreme court ruling. Also in spite that they have 450+ employee they are not deducting PF from employee salaries. Over and above they are not settling full and final payment of all the employee who have left them.

They are not even sharing copy of the agreement signed compulsory from all employee. Not only this they are making people work 30 days at a stretch without any leave with long hours leading to physical harassment of employees.


I would request you to please investigate such unhealthy culture of a company.

There are several authorities with whom you can launch a complaint and an extensive investigation will take place, especially, if they are not fulfilling statutory obligations.

I am a channel partner of this unprofessional and unethical company indiahomes..the main motive of a customer is to get regular updates and information related to the projects on regular basis, whereas in this company i have seen nobody lasts for even a year and past 2 years i have seen company has changed 90% of their employees because of which channel partners like us and genuine customers are taken for ride as none of the company employees are aware of prior commitments. I am yet to receive my brokerage amount of deal i closed in month of May 2013 ! i have met all senior officials but like their sales team they are also ppl without any commitments and think o[censored]s like fools..

Yes, You all are correct, this company is fraud for both, If you are talking about their clients and If you are talking about their Ex-Employees.
I was working with this organisation. And it is almost 6 months, They are not releasing my Full & Final settlement on one pretext or another. They make me so much harassed that I have stopped pursuing for my hard earned money.

This is to take you across the pathetic way India Homes people are given all false commitments and I lost big time money because of that

I am a registered Business Associate with India Homes. It is because of Mr. Kamlesh Mishra in decided to start business into real estate.

It was second week of May, 13 when Mr. Anmol along with Mr. Ashotosh (Regional Manager and Kamlesh Mishra from Mumbai came to my office to discuss business. I proposed them if I could open India Homes office in the area of Kalyan for which both Mr. Ashutosh and Mr. Anmol had given immediate node. We had discussed the terms like:
1. All expenses will be borne by me
2. India homes will give complete marketing support (Branding, glos sign board, kiosk, brochers etc) at their expense and it was told to me to finalise the shop as early as possible. Infact the agent through which I purchased the shop was given by Kamlesh - India Homes Guy. On 11th May, 13 early morning, I got call from Mr. Anmol to finalise the shop for which I said that I required email confirmation. He immediately said that I will get it in next 2 hours but don't loose the opportunity and finalise the shop. If anything goes wrong, he will pay all expenses from his personal pocket. On which I finalised the property on lease immediately on the same day. Now next day Ashotosh and Anmol asked me to send them size of the shop and size of glow sign board, I immediately sent it to them.

It is after that day, anmol was not picking up my calls. I have to speak to him from Kamlesh' number (property specialist) to speak to him and I get the reply that approvals were not on place, will take more time.

If approvals were not on place, why I was asked to finalise the property?? Even Ashutosh (Country Head) didn't picks up my calls. He has even given me no of Nitin Sabarwal, but he was not ready to talk to me.

I have incurred losses of Rs. 220000 and there is wastage of Rent of Rs. 15000 because of delay from the end of India Homes. I have also written to their MD @ bagchi.[protected]@indiahomes.com, there was no reply

I was not keen to enter into real estate.. It was only the way Kamlesh approached me I got ready. Even he is big cheat. I got to know that even he got some commission from local agent to get me that shop.. What a cheat company India homes is?

Inspite of all the pathetic insidence with this most unprofessional company, I had given one case where I should get commission of Rs. 24000. It got closed last year in the month of July and I got to know that India Homes has already received commission from Builder. I have still not received my passback. I try to cheater Kamlesh Mishra, who is employee of India Homes.. he doesn't pick up my calls.. I don't know whom to complaint and where to complaint.

I bought an apartment through Indiahomes. At the time of booking I was told that I would be getting a discount of 85K, to which they will provide a credit note. While most the leg work for identifying the property was done by myself. I have received a letter from them several months back this time they changed the amount to 75K, but no cheque or anything. On repeated requests I was told the original person who did the booking (his name as was told to me was Suman) has left the organization. It has been several months now; they have not provided the cheque. Last time when I called I was told that the cheque would reach me in any time, but since then I have not heard anything. If they are indeed cheats, then why is there no action taken against them?

India homes are fraud promised a credit note, however its been 7 months since we booked the project and one month past their 90 days deadline of disbursing the amount but they are not providing any credit note. Their customer helpdesk is hopeless and never provides any update. only thing they have been saying since months is that its under process. NEVER BELIEVE ON ANY CREDIT NOTE OFFER BY INDIAHOMES.

They're shutting down. Have my 45k credit note pending for a year. Should've read these reviews before going ahead with them.

india homes is such afraud company. We wish we had done some research before associating with them as they have literally harassed us in last 5 years..tireless follow up resulting in nothing..we have lost over a lakh ..n the worst part is that so many frauds, cheating people of crores of many..n yet no action against them..they are just winding up n probably lead peaceful lives with our hard earned money..no action against them is possible legally????.
