I have recharged for Rs. 349 thru India ideas collect pay request on June 14th 2019. Today June 18th 2019. Till now not reflecting in my Jio account. To whom we need to approach? Will look into this complaint? We do not have proper customer care number to reach. Kindly refund the money to my account. Who will reply to this message? Many of them losing their money.
