I am holding account on HDFC bank Palampur Himachal Pradesh with account number 17361 Today on 23rd June 2022, I have received multiple transactions alert on my mobile number that my account has been debited with amount ...to [protected]@icici. Total 5 transactions made of 6000 inr each.

After receiving these msgs checked my HDFC bank account. Immediately blocked my debit card, Internet banking as well as filed an F.I.R at police station Palampur, Himachal Pradesh under name Namita Sood
Total amount deducted from my account is 30000 inr.

Need ur assistance on this.

I have recharged for rs. 399 thru india ideas collect pay request on july 20th 2019. Today july 21th 2019. Till now not reflecting in my jio account. To whom we need to approach? Will look into this complaint? We do not have proper customer care number to reach. Kindly refund the money to my account. Who will reply to this message? Many of them losing their money. How bhim allow them to make customer payment if they keep do like this?

Hi,

My name is B.Sailu d t and i recharged 349rs on June 8th 2019 10:04 am transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

Hello sir,
I have done a transaction from icici paylater through [protected]@icici but it wasn't successful. The amount was rs.4250.80 which I had paid to clear my emi from kreditbee but the amount wasn't received by kreditbee. My reference upi no. Is[protected]. So kindly check the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. I have attached the bank statement along with screenshots. Please take immediate action and I would be very grateful if you could help me.

I made a payment in cry india. Via bhim upi aap. As i opened my app. A request amount similar to what i was supposed to pay refelected in my app. I made the payment and it didnt reach cry.

I was did lic premium payment through corporation bank net banking but premium not paid but amount debited from my account, for this payment reference number given below please refund the amount to my account or process the payment.

I had initiated a jio recharge of rs.399 on 21/12/2018 by using a rs.50 voucher on my jio app. So the total amounted to rs. 399- rs.50 = rs.349. I choose to pay through upi. Thereafter i recieved a request on paytm upi from india ideas and rs. 349 was deducted.. But the recharge was unsucessful. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you...

I have recharged my jio number [protected]. I have paid the amount using my upi id. The amount has been debited from my account but it has shown that the recharge has been failed. I have contacted my service provider jio but they told that they can do nothing. Now how can i get my money back. The transaction id is[protected]. Can you give me ans how to resolve the issue.

During the recharge of airtel dth [protected], trans id[protected] for amount of inr 5999 is failed after the payment deducted by the bank.
Once the online banking procedures completed the site is not taken back to merchant site.
Please advise what will the next step i should take to get back the money in my account.

I made payment of indusind bank credit card no. Is [protected] and name is kewal kumar sharma through your site payment has been failure but not refunded to me dated :-15-9-18 otc no-ncrp[protected] of amount rs.1890/- from corporation bank account no.[protected] both bank refused to refund the amount kindly tell me what will i do now.

I did my Jio recharge (Phone no.[protected]) as the plan ended. The money (₹398) is already deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not done. Also there is no option to contact customer representative as the outgoing is currently off.

I am mohammad zulkarnain and i am student of b tech final year sir my money detected from upi (Tej) transaction amount of 1507. 50 rupees for transaction of gate examination form there is one option that is upi paymnet i went that way and complete my transaction but in gate form here is not successful payment that's why my payment is not complete but my detected from upi transaction through tej sir please return the my money.

An amount of rs. 30000 has been debited from corporation bank a/c xxxxxx0345 for an online transaction done at india ideas using corpnet banking, ref no:[protected], however the said payment is not received by lic mutual fund (Licmf transaction reference no lfg1a[protected]), also there is no reversal of this transaction of credit in bank

Today morning i have made the following recharge

Date : 21st april 2018
Time : 12.28pm
Pack : 398 (2gb per day)

This recharge was initiated through the myjio app and transaction was done using the upi service.

The payment of rs 348 (50rs voucher applied on payment) to done to india ideas provider through upi..
But still there is not recharge done..

13/12/17 i pay through corporation net banking 16355 ruppes for hdfc credit card bill payment but the same time corporation net bankling session was expair and amount of 16355 is debit.
But the same amount is not credit to hdfc credit card account.
Please refund the amount of above mention and do the needful.

I have made a payment as handling charges for a gift of a watch declared to me. the payment was made on 09.11.2010 -- CN[protected] 16.11.2010 due Merchat Name : INDIA IDEAS OTC: MCRPO[protected] for Rs. 5100/- This amount was paid excess instead of Rs.510/-.
