This is regarding with respect to reduction of rate of interest. Since 4 month back i put a mail requesting for reduction of rate of interest but till now no action on it, it show clearly irresponsibility of back end team. I kept waiting for your response and even tried to reach on call. Every time i get false commitments. Request you to kindly support your customers and don't let them suffer.
