[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Charging 2000+ for an idle account - shocking

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 60001

I have never used this account but the India infoline asked me to pay 2300 plus to close the account. I am shocked, i don't know how to proceed. I don't know whom to contact to complaint this online. This is really a robbery. Am I need to pay for accepting the terms and conditions with out reading it? Even doesn't the govt didn't read it?? Please advise.
