This is Gaurav mishra having a gold loan account at khatipura branch having loan number GL8970582..MY gold was auctioned in June and i got message from the particular bank regarding that you have a refund so please visit our branch with a cancelled cheque. Now this is 18th july 2018 and i visited so many times into the branch but not getting any response from them... This is not a fair response to any customer and this is not a good service.. Further, on verifying our record we noticed that your bank details is not updated in our records & due to the same post auction refund amount is not processed hence we requesting you to follow the below process to update the bank details. Share copy of Cancelled Cheque or Bank Pass Book on [protected]@iifl.com & provide below mentioned details to process the post auction refund amount.
