[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — complaining for lod

I have requested for a list of document (Lod) I have been calling the customer care and mailed them thrice and they replied to visit nearby branch and i visited the branch 3 times and these people were telling We can't help, call to the customer care they will do some thing.
