[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Default in moratorium request

My home acccount no il10009547. I received a call from iifl for moratorium request from march to may 2020. But i denied for it and managed to pay the emi by withdrawing funds from my provident fund. I thought that the situation due to covid 19 would be balanced soon and our work and salary would be same as before. However, it was not and hence looking at overall situation around i register a moratorium request from june to aug 2020 on website of iifl (Ticket no 999449) in the month of may 2020 post paying the emi for the month of may 2020. I thought that i will receive a request on submission of my query but i didnt. I called up the customer care nos[protected] or[protected] however the ivr left me with a message saying that i will receive a callback within 24 hrs but till date it didnt receive a call for moratorium request.

I have dropped a mail on [protected]@iifl.com on 31st may 2020 and nilesh. [protected]@iifl.com on 2nd june as my emi date is 5th of every month however i didnt received any response.

One fine day i. E. On 17th june after charging the bounce charges twice in my account (590+590=1180) i received a call from chetan (Mobile no [protected]) saying that i am not eligible for moratorium as bank has not done complete disbursement to my builder (Sheltrax project karjat) and i have to pay the emi or else the bounce charges will keep on increasing.

Today again i received a call from vikas saying that he will forward the request for moratorium but not responsible if it can be done or not.

My simple question if i have not eligible for this facility, why did i receive call for moratorium in the month of april. Also there was no where mentioned in the circular that moratorium request is not applicable for part disbursement. It was clearly mentioned for all the emi's due.

Also if i was not eligible, why i did get an response back from website that i am not eligible for moratorium request when i raised an request on website. Why didnt anyone bothered to call me before my emi due.

I am clear enough i managed to pay the emi's for april and may from my savings however due to in sufficient funds i request for the moratorium from june to aug which iifl should give me at no cost. Also request for the waiver of bounce charges.
