My loan no - 910818
We have applied for moratorium through mobile app and email to [protected]@iifl.com as well as informed to all bank respresntative who have called us for ecs registration
But ecs has been hit and they are ready to deduct charges for bounce.
How ecs could hit if any customer has took moratorium and could be charged?
Please look into the issue.
