[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — employee complaint
My mom have acquired a loan from iifl sl931114 and i have contacted one of your employee vikas for the loan top-up and i have even submitted my documents 3 times for that to ritesh dala and akhilesh gupta with mail id ritesh. [protected]@iifl.com and aklesh. [protected]@iifl.com respectively and also to vikas at fos. [protected]@iifl.com and have been calling everyday to vikas with number [protected] but they are not serious about there work and have not taken it seriously its been 4-5 weeks since i have first mailed them my documents but no response from them everyday i call they say we will process it today we had forgotten to process or they give reasons that i have not submitted documents whereas i have submitted my all documents 3 times and still i have not received any calls and this has made me dis satisfied about your organisations care towards customer
They don’t care about customers this is very disappointing
So i request you to please take action against them.
If no proper action is taken further mail will be sent to md and hr.
