I have requested to close my account and received the foreclosure letter as well. The new lender has disbursed the loan amount as per foreclosure letter but iifl borivali branch manger has refused to accept the payment. As per clause we need to close account withing 90 days of first request (Which never mentioned anywhere). I raised a request on 31st august and received letter on 7th september but she still refuses and asked me to raise new one.in this scenario i have to pay both emi for new lender as well for iifl. Please send me valid docs which mentioned all this legal information.

Updated by Amitn2611 Please don't ask to raise request, I have already raised a request . I need a policies which me mentioned that foreclosure letter is valid for 90days and you would consider only first request .
